Global Security Console (the "Portal") is a private security-monitoring system operated by SNVTECH LLC for authorized staff and management of the properties it serves. This policy explains what information the Portal handles and how it is used.
Information is used solely to display security-monitoring data to authorized users and to send operational security alerts (via mobile-app notification and SMS text) to designated personnel. It is never used for advertising or marketing.
Recipients are authorized staff and management who have provided their mobile numbers to receive operational security notifications. Message frequency varies with alarm activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or any personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver security alerts through our messaging provider.
We share information only as necessary to operate the Portal — for example, with our SMS delivery provider to transmit text alerts. We do not otherwise disclose information except as required by law.
Security-event history is retained for approximately 30 days for operational review. Account information is retained while the account remains active.
Access requires an authorized account and is limited to designated personnel. Connections are encrypted.
