The Portal provides supplemental security-monitoring information and alerts. It is not a substitute for professional alarm monitoring, emergency services, or life-safety systems. In an emergency, contact local emergency services and the property's professional monitoring provider.
The Portal is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Alerts and data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to factors outside our control (internet outages, carrier delays, equipment issues). We do not guarantee delivery of any notification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNVTECH LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Portal, or from reliance on its information or alerts.
